Musa Kazim al-Husaini - 1918-1920 - Bürgermeister Jerusalem
Musa Kazim al-Husaini was Mayor of Jerusalem from 1918-1920.

On the occasion of the NABI Musa riots in April 1920, he was discontinued by the British after he had spoken out in a speech for the support of the independent government of Faisal I in Damascus. The mandate administration accuses him of having stormed the unrest and replaces him as the mayor of Jerusalem by the pro-British raghibi al-Naschaschibi from the traditionally rivaling family Naschaschibi.
