The commission and the high representative:
Expand their skills in the field of strategic communication in accordance with the action plan against disinformation and intensify the cooperation and coordination with the Member States
Existing mechanisms are increasingly using to facilitate the concrete cooperation with the Member States and international partners in the field of strategic communication, among other things through the channels of the Commission for Cooperation with the Member States and the Taskforces for Strategic Communication of the EAD
Further expanding the capacities of the EU delegations in the field of strategic communication and public diplomacy and working closely with the diplomatic network of the EU member states as well as civil society and governments of third countries.
The Commission's representations in the Member States will contribute more actively into national debates with fact -based information tailored to the situation on site, in particular through the use of social media.
