Horst von Einsiedel
Horst von Einsiedel has been a member of the district of Einsiedel since 1940. He came to the circle via Trotha and his wife Margarete Bartelt. Hans Lukaschek
After 1938 he had contacts with Helmuth James Graf von Moltke and the Kreisauer Kreis, where he also took his friend Paulus van Husen with him.
Lukaschek was inaugurated in the plans of the resistance and planned in the Shadow Cabinet Beck/Goerdeler in the event of a successful state prison as a political representative in the military district VIII (Breslau).
After the failed attack of July 20, 1944 on Hitler, he was immediately arrested in Breslau. In the negotiation on April 22, 1945 in front of the People's Court, Lukaschek, citing that his confession was forced by torture, all previous statements and was acquitted.
On the same day he was released from the Moabit prison. In the evening, the Red Army's first troops moved into Berlin.
