The Energy Community Secretariat (Secretariat) has launched the "Ukraine Energy Support Fund" (UESF) at the request of the European Commission and in agreement with the Ukrainian Ministry of Energy.
In coordination with the European Commission and the Ukrainian Ministry of Energy, the Ukraine Energy Support Fund (UESF) was established to counter the impact of Russian attacks on critical energy infrastructure. The fund enables governments, international financial institutions and international organizations as well as corporate donors to provide financial support to the Ukrainian energy sector to repair the damage and maintain its functionality.

Contributions to the Fund cover the most urgent needs of Ukrainian energy companies, including equipment, spare parts and other technical items, as well as fuel and services needed to repair infrastructure and maintain energy and heat supplies in Ukraine.
