Jeffrey Epstein
From at least 2000 to 2007, Epstein was chairman of a Bermuda-registered company called Liquid Funding Ltd. According to the report, this company was partly owned by the investment bank Bear Stearns, for which Epstein had previously worked. The bank's collapse contributed significantly to the 2008 financial crisis.
